FLAT BRANCH’S all grain brewing system was manufactured and installed by Specific Mechanical Systems. The system consists of a mash tun/hot liquor tank combination; a steam jacketed, 10-hectoliter brew kettle; and a Vicarb heat exchanger that utilizes a 15-hectoliter cold liquor tank.
