Currently, only our Katy Trail Pale Ale is filtered. Clarity is achieved through a double fining process. All beers, except for the cask conditioned ales, are force carbonated by Zalm & Nagel carbonating stones. Our stout and porter are carbonated with nitrogen--all other carbonated beers use carbon dioxide.

The bar has 24 taps, including 4 Homark beer engines. We usually have 10-12 beers on tap. All our beers are available for carryout in 1/2-gallon growlers, 10-liter pony kegs, 1/4 and 1/2 barrels.
