Amber’s Bock is our take on a Bock style with lots of malt flavors from two specialty German malts and a combination of 2 row and a low dose of crystal malts for the base malt. Apollo and German Tettnang hops are used sparingly for the kettle additions. A lager yeast was used for fermentation that yields a traditional German lager brewed in the Bock style.
