Our version of this Belgian classic is dark amber to brownish in color and lightly hopped. Moderate phenolic yeast flavors merge with a malty profile that feature light roasted flavors. This ale will come in at 5.5%ABV with a bitterness of 14IBU’s which will make this nicely balanced with plenty of yeast flavors typical of Belgian ales.
