This version is a rich golden color, lightly hopped, and fermented using a Belgian yeast that imparts subtle phenolic flavors. A winter barely was used as a base malt, combined with three specialty malts makes this easy to enjoy and nicely balanced with flavors from malt, hops and yeast that makes this ale finish a little bit sweet.
