Our version of this classic Belgian wheat ale is brewed with a malt base of 2 row and malted wheat that gives it a nice light golden color. A mixture of toasted coriander, bitter orange peel and lemon peel were added late into the kettle. Golding hops were used to add just enough bitterness to keep this ale balanced. This medium-light bodied ale is full of typical Belgian yeast aromas and flavors that pair well with the citrus undertones derived from the addition of spices. At 5.1% ABV and 14IBU’s this ale is very enjoyable to drink!
