This version of American Pale Ale is brewed with three hop varieties. Apollo was used for bittering with Crystal hops used for the late kettle additions. Four specialty malts were added to the grist bill to give this batch a nice copper color. With 7lbs of Centennials and 3lbs of Cascades used as a dry hop, leads this to be a hop dominated ale full of spice/herbal with subtle citrus flavors and aromas. At 38IBU’s and an ABV of 6.2%, this is an ale that should please any hop lover!
