Bock

Our Bock is smooth and rich with lots of malt flavors from two specialty German malts and a combination of 2 row and a local pilsner for the base malt. Admiral and Fuggle hops are used sparingly for the kettle additions. A Munich Lager yeast was used for fermentation that yields a traditional German lager brewed in the Bock style.
