English Myld Ale

Our version of the English Mild style with a new twist. Rye malt was used for 37% of the grain bill, along with small additions of four specialty malts, giving this brew a unique flavor profile. It is low in alcohol in keeping with the Mild Ale guidelines, and lightly hopped to feature the malt flavors. The rye malt makes this a slightly dryer beer with a hint of rye flavors in the finish. Fermented with an English Ale yeast. If you are looking for lower ABV and flavor in your beer this is it.
