Anniversary New England DIPA

Our version of a New England DIPA starts with combination of pilsner and malted oats that provides a nice straw color and a light-med body. Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra hops were used for the late kettle additions. A hearty dose of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra hops were added throughout fermentation as a dry hop which brings the total to 5lbs of hops per barrel! At 22 IBU’s and 7.0% ABV this NEDIPA is exploding with citrus, fruity and piney hop aromas and flavors!
