Green Chili Ale

This cult classic has 50 lbs of Anaheim peppers added during fermentation to create a great chili flavor. We also add 3.0 pounds of Jalapeno peppers along with 1.5 pounds of Serrano peppers to give it a touch of heat.  Basic 2-row base malt plus a small amount of crystal malt give this beer its color. Try it with tomato juice for a “liquid enchilada”!
