This is a half wheat, half base malt ale that was infused with 34gals of apricot juice. Lightly dosed with Amarillo and Cascade hops during the boil and a combination of those two hops for dry hopping. Coming in at 5.4% ABV, this is a very easy drinking brew with an amazing aroma and flavor of apricots and a subtle citrus/earthy undertone from the dry hops that finishes semi-sweet.
