A young lager that features locally grown Missouri malted barley and UK Sovereign hops for all the kettle additions. The locally sourced pilsner malt contributes to the pale color and light body of this lager. Locally grown Chinook hops were used for dry hopping, that add a nice subtle pine/spice flavor and aroma to this dry and crisp lager that’s still a bit hazy. At 4.5% and 19BU’s this lager is very well balanced and super easy to drink!
