This version of American Pale Ale is brewed with three hop varieties, a local pilsner malt and a touch of crystal malt that provides a nice light golden color and a great malt character. Apollo hops were used for bittering with Kohatu and Idaho 7 hops used for the late kettle additions.  11lbs. of Kohatu and 11lbs. Idaho 7 hops were used throughout the entire brewing process, leading this to be a hop dominated ale with an amazing pine/tropical fruit/resin flavors and aromas. At 38IBU’s and an ABV of 5.7%, this is an ale that should please any hop lover!
