Brewed for our 30th anniversary, this is a version of our Kolsch. It is a light ale fermented with a special ale yeast strain that is capable of fermentation at lager temperatures. As with most lager styles, Kolsch is light in body and in color. The beer has a clean, crisp palate with a bready malt finish.
