This is a version of our Kolsch. It is a light ale fermented with a special ale yeast strain that is capable of fermentation at lager temperatures. As with most lager styles, Kolsch is light in body and straw in color. The beer has a clean, crisp palate with a soft dry finish. German Polaris hops were used for the bittering addition, Mosaic and Lemon Drop for the late kettle additions. The ABV is 5.2% and hop bitterness is 12 IBU’s makes for an easy drinking ale!
