A rich copper colored lager brewed with a combination of five German and our local pilsner malts. A Bavarian lager yeast was used for fermentation which allows a subtle malt toastiness that compliments the slightly spicy hop finish from the Polaris and Perle hops. With an ABV of 6.5% and 19 BU’s, this lager has a medium body and finishes semi-sweet!
