This is our version of an American Pale Ale infused with pineapple. A base malt of 2 Row combined with one specialty malt give this ale its golden color. A combination of hops were used in the kettle to give this an ale a pleasant bitterness with a nice light hop profile. During the conditioning phase, we added 126lbs of pineapple puree and the first dry hop of Cascades. After a couple months of conditioning, we’ve moved the beer into a bright tank, in which we added another dry hopping of Cascades. The result is an effervescent pale ale with amazing flavors and aromas of pineapple that pair with the citrus from the dry hops. At 5.4% ABV and 30 BU’s, this light bodied ale is easy to drink and will have you wanting another before you even finish the first!
