Smoked Porter

Our Smoked Porter uses 85 pounds of malt that has been slowly smoked over a hardwood fire. This is added to our Baltic Porter to yield a flavorful, but not overly assertive smoked brew. German Tettnang hops provide a light bitterness, and our English ale yeast adds a layer of flavors that compliment the smoked and dark roasted malt flavor notes.
