Our version of this classic California Common Lager that features locally grown Missouri malted barley. The locally sourced pilsner malt was used with a blend of two specialty malts that give this lager a nice malt flavor that pairs nicely with the Polaris hops that were used as late kettle additions. This medium bodied lager comes in at 5.0% ABV and 25 BU’s.
