Motueka hops from New Zealand are a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. The Motueka hop has specific aroma descriptors include distinctive fresh crushed citrus, mojito lime character, lively lemon and lime tones with background hints of tropical fruit. Our version of this American Pale Ale is brewed with Motueka hops as late additions in the kettle, as well as 8 pounds used for dry hopping. Hop bitterness is medium, and not overly assertive, along with hop flavors from the dry hopping. The body is light to medium with a golden/orange color.
