Waimea Pale Ale

This version of American Pale Ale is brewed with two hop varieties, 2 row base malt and one specialty malt that provide a nice golden-straw color and a light body. Polaris hops were used for bittering along with Waimea hops for the late kettle additions. A hearty dose of Waimea and small amount of Mosaic were added throughout fermentation as a dry hop. At 32 IBU’s and 6.1% ABV this crisp pale ale has a very forward fruity/citrus hop aroma and flavor!
