Zappa Pale Ale

This brew is loaded with hop flavors like mango and passion fruit, and complimented with citrus and pine notes. Named after Frank Zappa and family who found the hop growing wild in New Mexico. Wild hops are referred to as neomexicanus hops and some are being trialed for commercial brewing. Zappa is one of the first to be grown commercially. A very approachable pale ale with distinct hop flavors and low bitterness levels. Nicely balanced with a malty yet mostly neutral presence, the hops will taste different to many is a common observation. Give this one a taste.
