Dunkel Weizen (Not On Tap)
     Seasonal Specialties

The Dunkel Weizen is our Hefeweizen with three colored malts added to give the brew its brownish color with a hint of caramel and roasted flavors. European Tettnang hops provide a slight bitterness and add some hop flavor. A true hefeweizen yeast strain contributes the clove and bubble gum flavors associated with the style. The ABV is 5.5% and hop bitterness is 10 Bitterness Units (BU).
