Red Wheat (Not On Tap)
     Seasonal Specialties

Our Red Wheat is a variation of our Honey Wheat. It is reddish copper in color due to a generous addition of colored malts that also contribute a slight carmel taste. Wheat malt is added to make up 50% of the total malt bill. Nicely balanced with a light addition of German Perle and Tettnang hops. A very easy to drink, yet a flavorful and light beer. The ABV is moderate at 5.2% and hop bitterness is low at 16 BU's.
