Cherry Wheat (Not On Tap)
     Seasonal Specialties

Our Honey Wheat beer was modified slightly and used as the base for this brew. Hopping was low and a lager yeast was used for fermentation. We added 210 pounds of sweet cherries during fermentation which impart a subtle cherry flavor and aroma. The ABV is 6.0% and hop bitterness is 10 BU's.
