Two slices of grilled Rye Bread topped with Smokey Bacon, Crisp Lettuce and Tomato, Fried Jalapenos and Chipotle Mayonnaise for a little heat then finished with a sunny side up egg. Served with choice of side.
Dinner
Sriracha Pineapple Salmon
An eight ounce salmon fillet grilled medium and glazed with our house made spicy honey sriracha sauce then topped with a pineapple puree. Served on a bed of rice with sauteed vegetables.
